An appointment is a commitment to yourself. It is also a commitment to me. We agree to set aside this time to work on you.

In order to provide exceptional service, I do not accept insurance and I require pre-payment of your appointment. You will be given a superbill at the end of every appointment to submit to your insurer.

All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be refunded their pre-payment minus $50. All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund. If you miss an appointment that amount will be credited to a future appointment solely at the discretion of Recovery Medicine, PLLC.
