Recovery Medicine, including The Spa@ Recovery Medicine and The Boutique@ Recovery Medicine is a place for everyone. We strive to provide a non-judgmental and caring space. We value wellness, grace, serenity, honesty, & integrity.
The process of establishing care at Recovery Medicine begins with making an appointment, completing the new patient paperwork, and making arrangements to pay for your appointment.
Fifteen minute free consultations are available if you are not certain what services are best.
First-time integral healthcare patients will complete extensive paperwork, followed by a one-time 60-minute consultation. This comprehensive assessment will explore your history, current health status, needs and preferences.
First-time clients of The Spa@ Recovery Medicine will be asked to complete basic paperwork.
All patients and clients will be given a copy of privacy policies and patient rights.
Care is collaborative.
Establishment of a doctor-patient relationship will be a mutual decision at the first visit.
We offer a wide variety services to support recovery and wellness.
We offer multiple types of follow-up visits. The time between appointments will depend on your individual needs and treatment plan.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled with a $50 fee solely at the discretion of Recovery Medicine. We realize life happens and encourage you to communicate the circumstances of the cancellation or missed appointment so that we can continue to work together.
Recovery Medicine does not accept most health insurance. You will receive a “superbill” at the conclusion of the visit which you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. If you have urgent medical needs and cannot afford your appointment and you are an established patient, please reach out.
Recovery Medicine does not support the use of intoxicants. If you are currently using intoxicants including alcohol, nicotine, controlled substances, and/or illegal drugs we can create a safety plan together. We practice rigorous honesty and expect that from you too.
Not disclosing the use of intoxicants is detrimental to your healthcare and the patient-provider relationship.
Disruptive behavior is unacceptable. All disruptive behavior will first be addressed clinically and if not resolved may result in termination of the patient-provider relationship.
If our services do not exceed your expectations, please tell us.
Further information is provided on the new patient forms including your patient rights.
